Stay with 3/4 persons.

When using the double room as a three-bedroom the price increases by 15€.per night
Wenn using the holiday apartment as two single rooms i the price increases by 10€ for one night.
Booking the holliday apartment for 3 persons the price  increases with 20€ per night and with 4 persons 30€ per night.

Low season: from sunday after NewYear´s Eve till the first friday  off March.

Season: from the first friday off March till Maundy Thursday.

Main Season: from Maundy Thursday  till the first sunday after All Saints Day and from the last friday from november till the first sunday after New-Years Eve.

If you cancel your booking we will charge you a cancellation fee of the total price

up to

• 45. days before your arrival 15%

• 31. days before your arrival 30%

• 21. days before your arrival 60%

afterwards 80%.

We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
